Did you know that Vincenzo Bellini, one of the greatest composers of the 19th century, lived in Moltrasio? During his stay at Villa Salterio, where Cafe Bellini is located today, he found inspiration thanks to Lake Como and collaborated with the famous soprano Giuditta Pasta, composing masterpieces such as La Sonnambula.
