No, we are located in Moltrasio, a village directly on the Lake, two minutes from the Villa Erba exhibition centre in Cernobbio, fifteen from Como, and near the A9 Como Lake motorway. You can easily reach us by car or public transport such as boat and bus.
Can I reach you by public transport?
Yes, you can easily reach us by boat from Como, Bellagio, and Colico. Your stop is Moltrasio, right in front of the hotel. You can also use the bus by taking the C10 Como – Menaggio or C10 and C20 Como-Argegno-Moltrasio lines. Again, the stop is very close, right next to the hotel.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM, while check-out is at 12:00 PM.
No problem! To the right of the main entrance, you will find an intercom: just ring it, and there will always be someone there to welcome you. In this case, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.
Yes, we have a covered garage just 50 metres from the hotel entrance, with a daily rate of €10.00 but free for those who book directly from the website. We suggest leaving your luggage at the hotel by checking in before heading to the garage; it will be more convenient!
No, our philosophy is smoke-free, so we do not have smoking rooms, and smoking is prohibited in common areas. If you are a smoker, please let us know at the time of booking: you can request a lake view room with a balcony, where you can smoke freely.
Being a historic building spread over three floors, there are architectural barriers that do not allow us to accommodate disabled or mobility-impaired individuals. The situation is different at Ristorante La Veranda, located on the ground floor, which has the necessary facilities to overcome architectural barriers, and where we will be happy to welcome you.
Yes, both for breakfast and other needs, you can request room service during the hours when the reception is staffed, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The service is free of charge.
Yes, we are pet lovers and gladly accommodate your four-legged friend with a supplement of €15.00 per day, but for organisational reasons, we can only accept small dogs. Please inform us at the time of booking. Pets are also welcome at Ristorante La Veranda and Cafe Bellini.
