Led by Chef Paolo, our kitchen team consists of young, passionate talents, each with their own specialisation: Emanuele, an expert in appetizers; Marco, an innovative cook of main courses; Simone C., who brings creativity and precision to the second courses; and Simone A., a wizard with desserts and baked goods. Each of them brings freshness, innovation, and authenticity to every dish to make your experience perfect with every bite.
Chef Paolo
Born and raised in the kitchen and guided by the wisdom of his mother Laura, Chef Paolo is the one who makes our cuisine so special. After gaining experience in prestigious institutions and Michelin-starred restaurants, he took the helm of La Veranda Restaurant in 2019, expanding the menu with artisanal baking and iconic dishes. He works with dedication to enrich classic dishes without altering their essence, connecting past and present by renewing the family tradition with authentic and rich flavours.
